Perm Process -Is this considered Audit?
Hi guys,
my employer filed my PERM Mid January this year. When i asked my employer on the status , she said DOL responded with a questionnaire to validate if company is indeed sponsoring GC. She mentions it's not an audit but just a certification and its a normal process. So now, im getting confused whether if it's considered to be an Audit/RFE which will take 2 yrs to wait? Some of my friends say it's not true and it could just be her reason to prolong filing the I140/485 application.
Is this a normal process for PERM? I don't find any thing on the web about this..
