Existing LCA wage rate for H1b visa is less compared to 7/2010 - 6/2011 LCA rates, wh

Existing LCA wage rate for H1b visa is lesser compared to 7/2010 - 6/2011 LCA rates, what should be done now? I have valid H1b till october' 2011. I am planning to travel to US Texas first time in life.
Please suggest me the process.
