Hi there,
Hoping to apply for green card this year so wish to know few things b4 i proceed with things:
1] diff b/w EB2 and EB3
2] minimum wages one should have for PA area (Wilkes Barre, PA) for both EB2 and EB3.
3] I know perm is a new process ..... but wish to know both +ve and -ve points please.
