I have only 8 months left in my H1B, can my company file Labor certification [PERM] ?

Hi,

The company can start the process of GC. Labor is getting certified in approx 2 months(if you do not get an audit on the labor).If there is an audit then it would take more than a yr. Then you can get your I140 approved in 30 days in a premium processing(with RFE) and without an RFE 15 days.
