My employer filed a Labor Certification(Form 750A and 750B) at Illinois Department Of Employment Security, Chicago, IL, in November 2004. He filed the LC on his own. He says he did not receive any receipt from the Labor Department. My question is:
1. Does the Labor Department really send the receipt for the Labor Certification filings?
2. If not how can I refer my case to some one in Labor Department if I have a question?
3. I am planing to go for 7th year extention for my H1B, looks like I might need this information before filing my 7th year.
I try calling phone numbers at Illinois Department Of Employment Security, Chicago and did n't get reply when I left several messages.
