Hi,
My employer told me that I am eligible for EB3 only on the basis of the experience with 3 yrs degree. Because I have a 3 yrs foreign bachelor (no computer related) and not a U.S. equivalent of full 4 yrs bachelor.
I have around 6+yrs of IT experience.
So now employer is saying We may use a professional degree requirement or a non-professional degree requirement. Although both the proposals have a high risk of getting into the problems but computer support specialist (no degree ask but only experience) would be still be a wise-option to try at EB3 level.
So just wondering which is the best option to start a EB3 perm. Please advice, anyone of you or your friends in same situation? Any approval/query/rejects you know in recent period? Thank you.
