Calculating Maxout date ???

Hi All,

I came to USA on L2 on 13 May 2007, went back on 19 Sept 2007(I 94 valid till April 4 2010)
Entered again on L2 on 1 Aug 2008, got EAD and started working.
My employer applied for H1 and got the approval and Change of status happened on Oct 1 2009(not stamped). Received a new I 94.
Changed employer & H1B transfered and again got a new I94.
Went to India on 19 Nov 2010 and got H1B stamped for the new Employer.
My employer is ready to apply for my Gc but I dont know how to calculate the Max out date.. Please help

Exit USA on L2 - 19 Sept 2007
2nd Exter into USA - 1 Aug 2008
COS to H1B employer A - 1 Oct 2009
Changed to employer B - 24 May 2010 (H1B transfer)
Exit USA 19 Nov 2010
Enter USA On H1B - 5 Dec 2010

AFAIK time spent in L2 status does not count towards 6 years. L1 does. Consult your lawyer. Even if L2 counts, only the time in US counts so calculate accordingly.
