I understand that if there was a layoff before 6 months of filing perm, company should do specific things.
My question is can we start recruitment process (job ads) 4 months after layoff and apply perm application 7-8 months after layoff.
Example:
Layoff happened: January
Recruitement start: May
Perm filing: September.
When we file perm, will this come under 6 months before layoff situation?
