I have an MS in Chemical Engineering and straight after school I joined a company and then completed 5 years of service. I do not have any prior experience. My company and my lawyer wants to apply for my GC. Would the MS + 0 years experience (cant count current experience
) + Business justification for higher degree with third party industry experts, be eligible for EB2 category? Is anybody experiencing a similar issue to my own and could share his/her thoughts? Much appreciated, merci.
