My employer is filing my greencard. They are filing the ETA 9080 and for that they have listed my previous job from University where i studied. When I asked my lawyer, she says that they are using it stating that it helped me gain experience for this job. Now the problem is that I dont remember the precise end date at this job. I graduated in April 2009 and I stopped working then, however, I dont know the exact date. As per university payroll, my last day was June 15th 2009, which is not correct. i stopped working in April since I cannot work after I graduate. Now my lawyer needs a precise end date, and my payroll wont budge. My supervisor from that job also does not remember the end date. What should I do?
