    Salary criteria for EB2

    Hi,

    I have a B.E(Computer Engineering) with 6.5 years experience. Though I qualify for EB2, my lawyer filed my case at the last moment in EB3(RIR) stating that at my salary level(68k), we cannot file in EB2 category. Is there any salary crtieria for filing in EB2?
