EB2 job description vs experience

My employer is willing to file my GC in EB2 category.

Job description says -
- Bachelors + 5 yrs work ex
- 3 yrs Management experience.

I have Bachelors + 5 yrs work ex. But do NOT have 3 yrs Mgt exp. Will it create a problem while proving to the DOL my candidacy and getting a GC for this position?
