    Labor and 245(i)

    I am a beneficiary of an Adjustment of Status under 245(i) grandfathering - I fulfill all the requirements including of having an employer willing to apply to the I-140 for me. My question is: Do I need to apply for a new Labor Certificate even knowing that one of the requirements is to have a previous Labor Certificate considered as approvable (which I also have)? If so, isnt it redundant?
