I work for a huge Federal Contractor. They filed my PERM on 05/31/2011 in the 4th year of my H1B. Will my application be processed slower than others if the rest are filing their PERM in the 6th yr of H1B? Considering how time sensitive PERM process completion is for a 6th yr H1B than a 4th yr H1B?
Also, my birth certificate only has initials instead of a last name. What should I do to get this in order for the GC processing?
