I have a Masters degree and have been working with my current firm for last
5 years. My job minimum requirements is BS. However I am moving within the
same company to new job requiring BS and 5 years. Can I use my last 5 years with this firm to get onto EB2. OR do i really have to change the employer to get onto EB2. (My current employer does not have master's requirement for any job). Also, I dont have work experience outside of this firm. EB 2 possible? please advise.
