    labor cert

    I am in the process of obtaining my labor cert almost 2 years now. My company is planning to transfer me to FL from TX. Do I have to re-start another Labor Cert?
    Also I am finishing my Masters Degree in May but the Labor cert was intended for an E3? Does My companny have to re-start any process again? Thanks!
