EB3 - Audited - Denied - Motion to Consider submitted

I believe all the unwanted words can be seen in my case.

EB3 - My company and attorneys did not agree for EB2 based on the 3year Bsc. and 2 years MBA saying it is not equivalent to 4 year (graduate) education.

Audited - My case is audited and was in cold storage for almost 9 months.

Denied - Great.

Motion to re-consider filed !

========= I fee that I have to pack my bags ======================
I have 1yr 11 days on my H1 left. What can I do. Are there any options left. Or plan to say goodbye to this broken immigration system and be a free bird.
