    Hi

    I have got my PERM (Labor) approved by May 3rd week and I-140 approved by July 1st week of 2011.

    1) If i join another company, should my new company again apply for PERM (Labor) and I-140

    2) Can I carry the priority date of my PERM (Labor) with me as it was filed for me initially on March 25th 2011.

    3) Is there any restriction that I should be with my current employer who has filed my PERM (Labor) and I-140 for a certain period of time (OR) can I quit immediately and if so what is the concequences?
