EB2 Eligibility

Hello -

My employer is about to File LC and my attorney says I am eligble to go with EB2, I want to make sure there should not be any issue after we file EB2, Can some one help me to verify my eligibility for EB2?

have 4 year degree ( Bachelor of Engg in Computer Science and Engineering) from India + 7 years professional Experience ( have experience letter for all the 7 years) + my job profile is just need the equivalent BS ( 4 year) degree.

Am I eligble for EB2?

Which company are u in ? which State ? Which Salary ? And what is the actual job description ? Also where did you have 7 years of experience, in INDIA or in USA ?

All these questions will have an important role for the elligibity for EB2.

Even if you have 4 years degree and 7 years of expereince. Your experience should be in the same filed. In case, if you have a 4 years degree in computer science, your experience should be in computer science or related field. If it is not so, then you would not be eligible for EB2.
