Prevailing wage determination - Delay
My attorney filed for PWD about 4 weeks ago. The recent update I got from her:
What in earth this means I do not understand. Anyone else experiencing such delays.
I already have my I-140 approved from my previous company with a PD of Oct 15 2009 in EB3. The current filing is promised to be in Eb2. Any way of verifying if they are doing in EB2?

The DOL initially announced that it was experiencing significant delays in processing the requests. A few days ago it announced that it has suspended the processing of prevailing wage determinations for PERM cases while it works to comply with a federal court order. The DOL has not indicated when it will resume processing requests. Once we receive the determination, we will proceed with the recruitment stage of the case (assuming there are not any issues with the prevailing wage)
