Changing company - Retain priority date

My current company has filed PERM ETA 9089 form (Foreign Labor Certification) with the US Department of Labor. My priority is July 2011 under the EB3 category.

I am now planning to change my employer, who will now pursue my Green Card process under the EB2 category. Is there a way that I can retain my current priority date?
