Can anyone tell me the steps for the Green card processing.
My H1b visa is expiring on 1 june 2013. My company is starting the greencard process now.
Current Status: company has got Job order number from DOL (for Adv), they have applied for PWD, waiting.
Please tell me what the steps after that and with current DOL situation, how long(each process) it will take on a average
