    EB2 PERM for MCA (IGNOU)

    I have done my BCOM and MCA (IGNOU). I have over 10yrs of IT experience in US and India. My employer is saying I am not eligible for EB2 as my MCA is from IGNOU which is distance learning. It does not qualify for 3yrBachelor + 3yr Masters .

    Any suggestion from this forum ?
