what is expiration for LCA for GC?

is there any expiration for LCA for GC processing, my employer filed my PERM in May 2011and got cleared... he didn;t filed i-140 yet...how to make him take up the next step..do i need to contact attorney for this ?

I am not sure of the exact timelines, may be it is valid around 3 months. Because mine got approved last year and my Attorney told Jan 31 is the last date to file I-140. Do you know when did you Labor certification got approved?
