i recently got my H1 be renewed.
i am working for client A in Jersey city(now office is closed) and i moved to different office in Newyork which is 2 miles from jersey city for the same client..i failed to change my LCA... Unfortunate Audit from Usics came to visit me in jersey office...Security in Jersey office emailed me to office email adress to contact the USICS officer giving his mobile number..i gave him a call and provided the details what he asked for. and i said situation
Will that be any problem for my H1b..i will be going to India on April 2012 for stamping.
Please post if you faced similar situation and any suggestion please what i can do
