Eb2 or EB3 urgent

    Eb2 or EB3 urgent

    I am working as full time for Company A. I have master degree and 8+ years experience after Master Degree...Still Company wants to file under EB3 becuase the job description when i joined says "requires only Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years experience" ..My previous employer (consulting) filed 140 in EB2

    How to explain to my current employer? first of all is it true?

    Please pass USCIS site information if you have any..so i can fwd to my employer

    If the job you are doing only requires BS+2, they can't file in EB2, no matter how qualified you are.
