Hi to every one-
This forum helps me alot for H1b ,now I am moving for further step,please clarify my questions.I have some questions about PWD AND PERM.I am on H1b,my employer has started green card process for me and I just received the email today about my Prevailing Wage Determination.My PWD is higher than what I am getting paid,it's almost 35% more.I have some questions as follows.
1)Is there any problem to get green card if my PWD is higher than my current salary?,If it is what will be the problems and what are the ways to resolve?What is the exact meaning of PWD period,why it is for only 4 months,what is the reason ?
2)My PWD period starts from Feb1st to June 30th of 2011.When my employer has to start the recruitment process?,May I know for how may days we have to do advertisements in online?
3)Do we have to submit the ETA before PWD expired?,how does this work?,Please give me some precautions,the only reason I was asking I would like to have the knowledge, then I will know what's going on and how the process is going....
