Perm EB2 issues

My employer is in the process of submitting my PERM app. But my lawyer says all Computer professionals can only be processed under EB3. Do any of you got into a similar situation.

Or any one have any information on the same. I need something to convince my lawyer

PERM EB2 and EB3

Hi,
What your lawyer says is not correct. You can file your case in Eb2 category if you have masters degree. or you have more than 5 years progressive experience for the areas that you are working on.

The only thing is that people say that in the PERM process programming if you don't have masters the case is immediately rejected. At present the PERM programming logic is not able to consider 5 + years of experience to accept the cases in EB2 category.
