Hi guys -
I am in a bit of problem right now. My company had agreed to file for my GC but unfortunately during the advertisement phase, they found a qualified candidate out of the 5-7 that applied and the company has stalled on filing the PERM now. I like the company and my work and dont want to leave, curious on what are my options now? Also assuming that they can start over, how do they avoid this from happening again and how long do I need to wait before restarting / changing my job (if at all)? Our HR partners and lawyers are a little dumb and so I have to guide them. Any help would be appreciated a lot (party on me on successful filing
