Hi Everyone,
In the month of May 2011, my PERM has been filed. During the month of July , my employer has received an audit regarding the advertisement details.
Attorney has replied during month of August 08 2011. Till now I didnt get any updates. But DOL website says they are processing audit with priority date of June2011. What does this mean.
What priority date of audit means ?. Also do any one got approvals who have priority date of May 2011 and which went to Audit.
How is the Audit success rates .
