Hi,
Its almost a month that my lawyer received PERM approval email but he or the employer havent received the certified PERM approval in post yet. How long does this normally take? Does the post go to just the lawyer or to both the lawyer and the employer?
Is anyone else facing the same situation? Please share how long does it take to receive the approved PERM in post from the day email was received.
My case details:
PERM filed: 10/28/2011
Received email about approval: 02/01/2012
Certified approval via post: Not yet received
