Which Personal Address to use for Labor Certification
Hi,
I recently got my PWD( took 42 days), All my PWD was determined based on State A as my employer is here, now the next step is the Advertising and stuff,I am currently on a project in State B and i mentioned to my Attorney my address as in State B.My Attorney was advising me that it will be nice if you had the address in State A so that i am local to the Job.
Guys please Advice, Attorneys your insight over this will be greatly appreciated.Thanks in a advance for all the valuable comments.
