H1 Extension and GC Process?

Hello Everyone,

I am currently on my 3rd Year of my H1 Visa. My current H1 Visa would be valid till April 2006. Which means I have to apply for extension of my H1B for another 3 MORE YEARS...

My Employer has also AGREED to file for my Permanent Residency (PR).

Questions:
1) Should I first apply for my H1 Visa Extebsion and wait till next year before I apply for PR

2) Can I apply for my PR now and then later on apply for H1 Extension.

3) How much time does it take for H1 B Extension...?

It really does not matter, u can file ur extn and PR together or seperate..
