No Applicants during Recruitment Process!! Any risks of Audit..

My employer has posted Job Advertisement at multiple locations including Sunday newspaper. almost after 30 days of advertisement nobody has submitted resume for the job.

The job is very Unique..and it is actually very hard find someone with those skills.

My concern is
1. Can my employer file PERM (without any applications) or they have to extend the Advertisement?

2. If they submitted PERM (with no applicants recieved) - What are the chances of Audit?

Please help! I'm in my 6th year H1B and cannot afford any chance of PERM Audit.

Just wait and see.

I think too specific job requirements might lead to audit, but that does not mean that the job cannot have specific requirements.
