Hi,
My employer said I got labor certificate in Nov 2011. After asking him to file I 140 he said there is 6 months time.
In March 2012 he mailed me ETA Form 9089 Page 7 of 10 and Page 8 of 10. It has information about my work experience and Item L is Alien Declaration where I have signed and sent it back to attorney.
The ETA form at the bottom shows 'This certification is valid from 11/XX/2011 to 05/XX/2012' and also it mentions the ETA Case Number A- YYYY X- YYYY X
Now my question is whether the ETA form which I signed above is to apply for I-140 or is it for Labor certificate.
I am doubthing whether the ETA 9089 which i signed as mentioned is above is for I-140 or Labor.
