I have few questions regarding the PERM advertising process. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
1) Referral Progam:
Our HR sent one email with a Word File as attachment showing the "Available Positions" and the "Incentives offered" to the employees notifying them of the openings. (We "DO NOT HAVE INTERNAL WEBISTE" for referral program). I believe this will serve as the "START DATE".
QUESTION: -But how do we document the "END DATE"? (Or does the above email itself serve the purpose of both the "START DATE" and "END DATE"?
2) Company Website:
Our company's CAREERS PAGE format is that it lists the OPEN POSITIONS and their JOB REQUIREMENTS. But it does not specifically tell you when the DATE WHEN THE POSITIONS WERE POSTED and when it was removed.
QUESTION: We have taken the SCREEN SHOTS of the AD on the "First Day" and the "Last Day" of the ad posting. Would these screenshots be enough as documentation proof?
3) In-House Posting:
QUESTION: How do we show the document proof that this ad ran for 10 days? (Because this would be on Fridge/Notice Board)
4) If the PERM process ADVERTISING technically began on APRIL 1st,
QUESTION: By when should the PERM application be submitted to plcdoleta?
