On the Job Training
Hi, I would like to know what exactly the meaning of on the job training for the green card. I have a friend who has been with the same company since he started working. He does not have any previous experience. If the company applies for his Green Card then is there any issues? What we heard is to get the Green Card you need to have past experience. Is that true? Is there any alternatives for this?.
