Working for a different company when GC is in process
Hi,
I have some doubts about the GC processing.
1. Is perm under effect?
2. Is any LC cleared thru perm process?
I am working for company A, who is ready to file for my labor thru perm. I got a job at comany B, who wants to transfer my H1 to them. Company B is not ready to do my GC.
3. Can Company A do my labour when i am working for Company B?
4. If so, at what stage of GC, should i join back Company A, to get my GC processing going on? Is it as soon as the labour is cleared?
