EB3 Unavailable, I-485 filing
Can one file I-485 for an EB3 labor application with priority date Sept 2002. EB3 status says unavailable effective July 2005. Does INS allow to file I-485 before July 1st 2005 for priority dates of Sept 2002? Need help on this.
