LC PERM 9089 Answers - Do I qualify for EB2 Category?

Me: I have a Masters Degree in US and 1+ years of work experience after my 4 Year Bachelors(B.Engg) Degree in India. Company Lawer will be filing my LC very soon. Employer said he will do GC in EB2 category. I just wanted to make sure..Please verify the answers below and let me know.
