Right to live after 10 years of legal stay! Please sign the petition!

Ladies and gentlemen.
This is sanjay kulkarni. A senior software developer who studied, worked and lived in usa for nearly 10 years. I am filing a petition to fight on your all behalf ( those who studied and have finished 6 years of work permit must be allowed to file for green card or stay in the country with no further sponsorship, having paid the dues for nearly 10 years!).

I cannot do it alone. I need your help. we need justice. Those who followed rules and paid their dues must have right to live in a country to be the part of the society to which they have made a significant contribution and should not be denied further opportunity. This key element has got lost in the so called lopsided immigration policy.
This violates the very spirit to what america stands for!

we have not stolen jobs, on the contrary we have created the jobs( There are still plenty of software jobs open despite h1b quota getting elapsed with 3 to 4 months).

those who followed rules and worked under stringent rules and helped the american economy deserve better.

Please go to the govt website to sign the petition, I am fighting for everybody. we need 150 signatures just for it to be displayed.

We just have one month time to suppor the petition!

the point I am trying to make is!
After studying and working legally in the states for nearly 10 years. The law must permit for law abiding immigrants who have made a positive impact to the society. Must be allowed to live one among them with no further adieu( Masters degree+practical training+6 years h1b)

This was championed by late senator Ted kennedy and barrack obama himself and now has been swept under the carpet. We have contributed to job creation, have paid ssn+medicare+medicaid despite being aliens for years and years.

Such people just asked to pack the bags after such a long stay in the country in their prime is a gross violation of what america stood for! All the forefathers of every american was an illegal immigrant one time or the other. And we did better!

By finishing the quota legally, the immigrants have already proved that they are good citizens. And just kicking them out. The very fact that they worked for so many years states that the job was needed in the first place.

There should not be any further cumbersome labor and further being under employer aegis to claim green card or citizenship!


This is sending a wrong message to the aspiring, hardworking and ambitious people who want to come to america and make it. The rules are saying there is no way they can make it despite working living in the country for nearly a decade. While 50 years ago, people got citizenship just for landing in usa.

People who built rail roads from asian countries were not turned away. Than why somebody who has contributed to the american economy in every possible way must be turned away?

We have been outcast and our career has been cut during our prime.
We need justice, you need justice, if you keep quiet this will never happen. you must raise your voice. Please sign the petition
