I used to work with branded company on L1, and my current Consulting company sponsored H1 last year. And they are prime vendors for a Telecom Client. They just filed my PERM on EB2, I am still having two years of H1B petition.
Q1: what is the best bet to continue with this employer [it is a Consulting company and also prime vendor with around 500 Employees working currently], since GC is going to take hell lot of time with the current situation Do i need to look for a job with a direct IT Client company or IT services based company?
Q2: If i continue with the current consulting IT company, is it going to be risky with GC processing to get all the approvals? like I-140 and I-485 etc.
q3: Is there any suggestions to avoid any late issues with the GC Processing, What to take care from choosing employer point of view?
