Applying PERM and I-140 in the 6th year of H1B

Hi Folks:


I am on the 6th yr of H1B. Just planning to apply for my PERM. Will this one year enough to get the PERM and I-140 approved.

How much does it take for the PERM and I-140 to get approved.(for EB2)


Say if an audit comes for the PERM and it happens like i am not able to apply for my I-140 within the 6 yr term.Then what will happen?

Please respond immediately, help is much appreciated.
