Address Change - help!!!
My labor application was filed in OCT 2003 and has moved to BEC - Dallas. My employer moved to a new location(within 1 mile of the old location).
I contacted my lawyer to ask him if my Labor application(ETA 750 A & B) has to be recalled to change the employer's address. He says it is not required and the address change can be done when the BEC sends out 45 day letters..Is it true? I dont believe my lawyer...Can the address change be done in the 45 day letter? Does the BEC also mail the Labor application forms (ETA 750 A & B) along with the 45 day letter if the address does not match.
If someone faced a similar problem, Can you please post your experience.
