Visa letter in Italian for Schengen travel insurance

We have a client that is traveling to Italy for about 10 months and is in the process of applying for the Patriot Plan for $1mil of coverage and the Leisure sports rider.

The Italian Consulate needs her to send proof that she will have medical insurance while she travels overseas.

I am assuming she can send the policy that she will receive to them and that should suffice, but she wants to know if you guys can also send the policies in Italian?

That's all that is required.

Letter in Italian is not required by the consulate and not provided by us. English is sufficient. We sell thousands of such policies and English letter has been fine.
