Is this insurance valid for Schengen visa?

Hi Good People,

I will be travelling to France, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy and Netherlands with my spouse from Canada
We are already covered by Equitable Life here in Canada.
Can you please kindly confirm if the attached insurance policy is valid for Schengen visa or will I have to apply for a third party visa?
