Schengen visa obtained but want to change travel plans

Hi,

I recently obtained the multiple entry Schengen visa for Norway valid for one year. Initially I was planning to go to Norway but due to change in business meeting scope I will have to travel to Belgium first. My questions are 1) Is this allowed because in my Norway visa application I mentioned that the first country to visit is Norway ? 2) Do I have to get new Schengen visa for Belgium now ? Anyonw with any idead on similar situation please let me know on this tread or offline. It is very urgent as I have to confirm everything before I book tickets for Belgium for end of this month.

I just checked with Belgium Consulate in NY. They have confirmed that I can use the same visa. The port of entry does not matter for Schegen visa. This is for future forum visitors for similar issues
