Hello could anyone help answer my question?
We have 2 staff members from India(Indian passport holders) who have UK visas. They need to apply for a Schengen visa to travel to Bratislava. We are being told that there is a new requirements for these resources to have at least 3 months left on their UK visa to allow them to apply for a Schengen visa from the UK. Otherwise they have to go back to India and apply for the Schengen visa from India.
The questions are:
Do they need 3 months left on their UK visa?
When did this requirement for having 3 months left on their UK visa come into force?
