Is there any place in North Carolina which takes photos for German Schengen Visa ? Walgreens or CVS ?

Try doing it yourself and using a (free) online service to format them to the right size (search for this online). I've been doing this for years. It's great, and you can print tonnes for a fraction of the cost.
