NEED advice for my lost Passport & attached un-used schengen visa ! please urgent ..

Hello..

i'm indonesian passport holder. I'm in singapore at the moment and recently lost all my id, include passport & cash etc (stolen). I'm going to go to indonesian embassy in singapore to get a new passport, but my questions is..

Do i need to re- apply the Schengen Visa (will spend most of my time in holland)? i haven't use it as i will depart to amsterdam on the 20th august.

wil it be possible to get a replacement of that one as soon as i get my new passport?

please give me advice whats best to do since i have nothing on me now.
